    At Scent Stories, we are committed to delivering your perfumes to you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below:


    1. Processing Time

    All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10 PM will be shipped the day after tomorrow. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


    2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    •Delivery Time: 5-7 business days


    3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


    4. Domestic Shipping Only

    We currently ship within the country only.


    5. Damages

    Scent Stories is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately to address the issue. We recommend recording a video upon opening your package for proof of the condition in which it was received.


    6. Return/Refund Policy

    Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy for details on how to handle damaged items or other return issues.


    7. Order Payment

    Please make sure to pay for your orders within 24 hours of placing them. If payment is not received within this time frame, the order will be automatically canceled.

    We ship your products every weekday to avoid delays. Please be patient as your order is on its way. Your support and understanding mean a lot to our small business.

    Returns & Refunds Policy

    Return/Refund Policy

    At Scent Stories, we strive to ensure you receive your perfumes in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may arise during shipping.

    Please review our return and refund policy below:

    1. Record a Video Upon Opening

    To process any claims, we require a video recording of you opening the package. This video serves as proof of the condition in which you received the item.

    2. Full Refund for Broken Bottles

    If you provide a video showing the bottle was broken upon opening, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.3. Partial Refund for Obvious Internal Damage•If you do not have a video, but it’s clear that the bottle was broken inside the package, we will refund 80% of the purchase price.

    4. No Proof, No Refund

    Without any proof of the broken bottle (video or otherwise), we will not be able to justify the claim and, therefore, cannot provide a refund.

    We are a small business, and any loss impacts us significantly. If you receive a broken item, it not only affects you but also our resources and stock. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
